Many times as the excitement of "I'm going to be rich" wears off of people and they lose interest and will not work their business or they may quit altogether. Because of the internet there are all kinds of websites, email training, downloadable documents, and articles to help you understand how to build your business. This may take a little more time, but anyone can do it if they can read. - Along those same lines are conference calls almost to the point that if you did nothing more than invite people to the conference calls you could build a successful business just by smiling and dialing. - Another smart thing that is helpful is find someone who is successful and mentor from them. This might be looking at their web training if they have it, establish a little rapport and get email support or phone support from them. You will find that the network marketing business is unique in that there are successful marketers who will help you even if they are not your sponsor or if you are not in there downline. All you have to do is ask! - Lastly to overcome a bad network marketing sponsor you are going to have to become independent real fast. The sooner you can grow up in your business the sooner your business will grow. This is going to require you to become a sponge on everything going on around you. Absorbing what is working for others and applying it to your business is a big benefit to you because you will become a better teacher yourself. This will make you invaluable to people you sponsor as well as anyone in your downline who needs your help. Surprisingly you will find that you are getting contacted by people not in your downline who have a bad sponsor and are looking to you for a little help in their network marketing business.
