You Are What You Think

Janet is depressed. She thinks shes a failure at her own life because, since her divorce, she hasnt been able to find a good date, a good job, or a good apartment. She sits around her current apartment and thinks about how horrible her life is.

What she doesnt realize is that if she would change her thoughts, she would change her life and what she attracts into it. Lets take a look into Janets head and listen to her mind-chatter:

He divorced me. Im not good enough for anyone. Im damaged goods. Nobody will want me.

I deserve this stinky old apartment because I dont have the class to move into a good one.

Nobody wants to date me. Im not pretty enough or interesting enough.

Ill never get a better job because I dont have any good skills or a college education. Businesses only hire people who have college degrees. They wont want me.

Wow! No wonder shes depressed. That makes me feel down just reading it.

If Janet wants, she can turn each of those thoughts around so she can at least start to feel better about herself. Once she feels better, she will start to attract better. So Janet, these thoughts are for you:

Im single now and I have my pick of who I want to date. This will be fun! I love meeting new people. This will be a great adventure.

The perfect apartment is waiting for me now. I can just picture it it looks exactly as I want it to. Its just a matter of time before I find it!

I can have a good time by myself or I can choose to go out with someone. Its my choice.

The perfect job and the perfect boss are waiting right around the corner for me. I can feel what that job will be like and what my new bosss energy feels like. Its perfect!

Once Janet starts the attraction process and starts to feel better with these thoughts, she can take the advanced step with her thoughts: writing and saying affirmations that will attract what she wants. Here are some examples for her situation:

I attract the perfect date every time. We always have fun.

I attract the perfect apartment. Its exactly what I want.

I attract those who find me pretty and exciting. I also find them attractive and exciting.

I attract the perfect boss and the perfect job. They are exactly what I want.

The more Janet says and writes these affirmations, the closer she comes to getting what she wants. The important thing here is she must see it, feel it, and know it to attract it. Soon shell have it and then she can start attracting something else. Thats the way it works, isnt it?
