When team members clash, disaster strikes. Project deadlines are missed, HR referees team members, the boss is angry for a week, and the raises everyone expects vanishes in the face of discord.

Artisans are good listeners and love to participate in groups. They have a knack for making the participants feel good about the process. Their optimistic look on life is an asset for buy in any project.

On the other hand, an Artisan employee will sacrifice results in order to get along. They tend to make decisions after hearing from everyone. They will also end up angry if they acquiesced to the group rather than taking a stand on an issue. You will find them brooding in their office later.
